Place 1 foot spa sachet into your foot tub.

热水浸泡Steep in Hot Water

加入沸水,浸泡5分钟。观察水色自然变成草本色泽。

Pour boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Watch the water turn a natural herbal colour.

调节水温Adjust Temperature

加入冷水至40–45°C。用手背测试,温热不烫即可。

Add cool water until 40–45°C. Test with the back of your hand — warm, not hot.

泡脚放松Soak & Relax

泡脚15–20分钟。睡前进行效果最佳。

Soak feet for 15–20 minutes. Best done before bed for maximum benefit.

Common questions

适合久坐族、宫寒或经痛女性、运动员、睡眠欠佳或压力大者,以及湿气重的人群。不建议孕妇、严重糖尿病患者或严重静脉曲张者使用。

Ideal for office workers who sit long hours, women with cold body constitution or menstrual discomfort, athletes, those with poor sleep or high stress, and anyone with 湿气 (dampness). Not recommended for pregnant women, severe diabetics, or those with serious varicose veins.

一般建议每周2–3次。若有特定调理目的(如去湿、暖宫),可连续每天泡脚7–10天,效果更佳。

Generally 2–3 times per week. For therapeutic purposes (e.g. 去湿, 暖宫), you can soak daily for 7–10 consecutive days for best results.

40°C–45°C,温热但不烫。建议用手背测试水温,避免过烫引起皮肤不适或头晕。

40°C–45°C — warm but not scalding. Always test with the back of your hand. Avoid water that is too hot to prevent skin irritation or dizziness.

15–20分钟为佳。泡太久可能引起头晕或疲倦。若有不适请立即停止并休息。

15–20 minutes is ideal. Soaking too long may cause dizziness or fatigue. Stop immediately if you feel unwell and rest.

立即擦干双脚,避免吹冷风或冷气,喝一杯温水帮助排毒。泡完后适当休息,效果更好。

Dry your feet immediately, avoid cold air or air-conditioning, and drink warm water to help your body flush out toxins. Rest shortly after for best results.
